- Chatbot – Oracle introduces the Absence Chatbot ‘Absence Assistant’ which uses the Oracle Digital Assistant to help employees with absence management through Self Service.
- Employee self-termination – Employees now can submit resignation through self-service which can be routed for manager approval and then HR administrator approval. HR administrator can decide to update Job data automatically or manually while approving the resignation.
- HR Business Partners – Maintaining business partners in the system and tagging them to employees and showing them on employee details can be achieved in this image.
- Employee Development Documents are available for Managers in Employee Snapshots.
- Extended Absence Self Service – Employees can raise extended absences through self-service using activity guides.
- Activity Guide Composer – Activity guide composer now caters to manage multiple users within an activity guide, enabling/disabling steps based on user access.
- Profile management security – Security on profile management of employees has been enhanced now to provide access of specific content items to specific employees.
- Leave and Compensation Balance – Employee self-service now has a tile to manage base benefits administered leave and compensation administered through time and labor.
- ePerformance – HR administrators can now transfer employee documents in case their managers are changed or terminated.
- Acknowledgment Framework – Candidate Gateway now has ability to configure acknowledgement to candidates through the acknowledgement framework.
- Time and Labor – Fluid reported time audit is now available as a tile called as Time and Labor tile.
- HCM Drop Zones – Drop zones are not extended to Guided self-service and North American payroll modules to ease customization on these modules.
