PeopleSoft 9.2 FMS system implementation
Needs
Replace a DOS based legacy ERP system covering GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Purchasing, Distribution and Stock Management
Remove the finance functions ie GL, AP, AR, Cash Management and Non-Stock Purchasing and move these functions into PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2
Implement PeopleSoft Assets Management system and replace existing Excel worksheets which hold the asset information

The Project was undertaken by a blended team with shared responsibilities for delivery to reduce costs.
Duties included:
- Conversion of data from the de-commissioned modules
- Basic customisation and creation of nVision reporting templates and journal loads for payroll
- Unit testing of customisations
- System integration testing
- User acceptance testing
- Development and delivery of training material
