Evan Hodge
Principal Consultant ERP and BI Technologies
Evan is a Founding Director and Technical Team Leader of IBT.
For over 30 years, Evan has worked with many of A/NZ’s largest public and private companies and organisations on complex and high profile ERP and BI projects. He is a key member of the IBT Brains Trust, providing a comprehensive range of skills from both technical and business arenas.
Since starting consulting work with PeopleSoft in 1989, when they first entered the Australian market, Evan has developed unparalleled IP in the Australian PeopleSoft application space. His long term experience with PeopleSoft means he can quickly assess problems and suggest solutions.
As IBT’s resident Technical Director and BI Subject Matter Expert, he leads the technical team across all core lines of business – Qlik (Attunity), Oracle NetSuite and Oracle PeopleSoft.

Ron Bailie
Principal Consultant Oracle/PeopleSoft HCM Application
Ron is a Co-Founder and Director of IBT and Principal Consultant, HCM Applications. He began his Australian IT career in 1977 and specialises in end to end large business systems ERP Implementations; HCM/Global Payroll and BPO Consulting services.
For over 30 years, Ron has helped Payroll and Operations teams to:
- gain a real understanding of what makes their systems slow, unreliable or unsatisfactory
- move to a more sustainable and efficient system
- implement optimal break/fix support processes and talent resourcing
- resolve key performance and reliability challenges
Ron has worked in almost every HCM functional role. His expertise includes functional and technical knowledge of several business areas in various industry sectors – HR, Benefits, Payroll, Student Administration, Financials, Distribution and Manufacturing.
His core strength is in managing the implementation of core systems within large organisations – from scoping to user acceptance testing and training. His calm demeanour and experience in leading projects and participating in teams makes him an asset in any BAU or project environment.
Byron Williams
Principal Consultant ERP Application
Byron is a Co-Founder and Director of IBT and Principal Consultant, ERP Applications and Technologies (FMIS). He has over 30 years of multi industry experience in the delivery of package based FMIS initiatives, including large scale upgrades and implementations, as well as a range of integrated systems. As a key IBT Brains Trust member since 1997, Byron takes an active ‘hands-on role’ on the FMIS side of IBT projects.
Byron’s specialisation in Financial Applications since 1984 has seen his expertise develop into a rare and highly prized combination of concurrent competencies – Functional and Technical ERP Consulting and Business Systems Integration Project Management.
In a functional role, Byron’s core strengths focus on requirements definition, design, user testing and implementation. In a technical role, he is a highly proficient software engineer and developer with strong written and verbal skills. Byron is also a strong Project Manager, having led projects across PeopleSoft Financials, Sun Identity Manager and Sun JCAPS.
Byron is passionate about clients receiving value for money and has an unwavering adherence to integrity in all that he does. What he gets most satisfaction from is solving his client’s problems and conundrums. Byron’s experience and ‘dog with a bone’ approach enables him to typically ‘solve the apparently unsolvable’.
Scott Stenhouse
Principal Consultant Peoplesoft HCM Application
A seasoned business and IT professional with over 25 years of experience in the implementation and development of business systems, Scott is recognised by industry peers as one of the foremost HCM PeopleSoft experts in the ANZ region.
As a non-executive Director of IBT, he is currently working with Scentre Group as their Tech Lead – Corporate People and Performance.
Scentre Group owns and operates the pre-eminent living centre portfolio in Australia and New Zealand with retail real estate assets under management valued at $56.0 billion and shopping centre ownership interests valued at $38.2 billion. This comprises 42 Westfield living centres which have strong franchise value and the ability to attract the world’s leading retail brands.
