PeopleSoft Project Costing review for the Toll Ports national Construction Office. We documented the requirements for internal project reams to self-implement. We were then required to implement PeopleSoft HRMS, Time & Labour and Global Payroll.

  • Implementation of Patrick Cargo Business Unit, Business Requirements gathering, functional and technical specifications, Build of T&L rules, GP Configurations, creation of Custom Application Engines and SQR’s. Conversion of data from legacy system to PeopleSoft, testing and rollout to users. Managed the purchase and installation of Hardware (ie TimeClocks and Kiosks)
  • Pacific National Consolidation – GP Rule reconciliation, determining what elements are required by both companies and modifying for use together. Packaging of Pacific Nations rules and non-rules for migrations to the Patricks Database. Testing of PN payrolls to ensure all works correctly. Support of UAT and Parallel testing.

Productions Support Projects:

  • Rebuild of the GL liability processing
  • Rebuild GP GL Liability reporting and processing
  • Complete rebuild of Leave Process, build custom panel to all for parameters and built GP configuration to use parameters to determine Leave Accrual and leave Take parameters. This allowed the reduction in the number of Leave Entitlement Elements down to 1 for each leave type and each leave take
  • Consolidation of GP Organisational and Processing structure. Goal was to move to one set of sections across all companies
  • Post production support of PeopleSoft version 8.0 Finance
  • Business process improvement including:  Interface rework, GST reconfiguration, cheque requisition, imaging and optical character recognition application design, develop and implementation.  Train and mentor the systems accounti8ng team members in the support and operation of PeopleSoft Financials applications
