Scott Stenhouse was brought on by RBA part way through the project and acted as Technical Manager to get the v7.0 to v8.3 upgrade project back on track. Once on-board he was required to analyse the current plans and determine if they were correct, then to develop the go-forward plan.

- Provided strategic advice to the project manager, project management of the technical team. Planning/resourcing of the upgrade, debugging or rewriting of application engine upgrade scripts.
