• Project Management, project planning and perform a double upgrade from HR/Payroll v4.22 to v7.0. This upgrade was particularly challenging due to the vast differences in both the Toolsets and application functionality.
• As senior consultant, Scott Stenhouse necessitated participation at all levels of the project from initial scoping and costing, through to hands-on delivery.
• Mentor the CASA IT staff in the PeopleSoft upgrade process.
• Evan Hodge designed, developed and implemented a web based cash receipting solution integrated onto PeopleSoft Billing and AR, quite possibly the first in Australia.
• Manage and perform an unsupported upgrade to move CASA from an Education & Govt v6 PeopleSoft Financials platform to a commercial v7.53 PeopleSoft platform.
