Commencing his IT career in 1977, Ron is a functional and technical consultant with extensive knowledge of HR, Benefits, Payroll, Student Administration, Financials, Distribution and Manufacturing. Working with a series of Australian HR/Payroll products such as in Oracle 11i, PeopleSoft and Concept, his project experience has included key business analysis, functional consulting and project lead roles.
Ron has been working with PeopleSoft systems since 1995 and Oracle since 2004 and is well versed in developing requirement specifications and design documents. His strength lies in managing implementations of core systems within large organisations from the scoping phase through to UAT and training.
Ron’s clients have included the UNSW, Suncorp, Michael Page International, Qantas, Wesley Mission, UTS and Tourism Australia.
