IBT were tasked with the creation of a generic extract program and the building of a BI data mart (Cognos) for statistical reporting off the top of a CRM application.

• IBT acted as technical lead and developer, extracting data from a management system built on the PeopleSoft CRM application, for presentation to the business intelligence operational data store.

• Performed the initial analysis to determine the tables to be extracted to meet the reporting requirements
• Developed the Application Engine program to extract the required tables in XML format

 Outcome

IBT successfully completed this CRM PeopleSoft project for the Department of Defence within 10 months, on time and within budget.
